If you have lodged an immigration application for a general skilled migration visa you will call 1300 364 613 if you application falls outside standard processing times or you need to clarify a request from the General Skilled Processing Centres.
Australian Citizenship enquiries
If you are needing to request a application form for Australian Citizenship or obtain information about the citizenship process including dual citizenship, application fees or citizenship ceremonies you will call 131 880.
Immigration Dob-in Service (Reporting Persons)
If you want to advise the Australia Immigration Department about a person who is currently living or working illegally within Australia or is committing fraud related to the process you can call 1800 009 623.
